Par Specialty Polymers Pvt. Ltd. has a strong Research and Development base. The administrative office is located in Deonar, Mumbai.
The mission of the company is to provide chemical solutions that make the clients’ processes efficient, easy and economical. The areas of operation include construction chemicals and surfactants.

Dr. Alok has been in the chemical industry for more than 20 years, having worked in multinational and large chemical industries. His educational background is B.Tech from IIT Delhi followed by a doctoral thesis in Chemistry from University of Washington. He has been a research associate in Polymer Science Department at Penn State University. He has developed various products for different applications. The understanding of Chemistry, enables him to give the best chemical solutions for problems. |

Prabodh has a Master’s degree in Polymer Science from Penn State University and a B.Sc (Tech) degree in Plastics Technology from UDCT, Mumbai. He has been working in the field of textiles and clothing since 1991. He has been involved in starting up and leading successful ventures for manufacture, distribution and export of various products. |

Par Specialty Polymers Private Limited, have developed a range of construction chemicals to meet
customer’s needs – super plasticizers for concrete, waterproofing products, boding agents,
products for repair and rehabilitation of old buildings etc. All the products have been well
accepted by the market. Some of the products have been tested at VJTI. The company has got ISO
9001:2008 certifications.
The company has built a strong sales team with 6 professionals. All the sales people are trained
technically to serve the customers. They provide very effective after sales service. With the help
of sales team, the company has developed loyal customer base. The main customers are reputed
builders like Dosti, Ajmera, L&T, HDIL, Hub Town, Cosmos, Neptune etc. The company has been
able to retain most of the customers and has been adding new customers continuously. This has
lead to continuous increase in sales which have grown at CAGR of more than 25%.
In March, 2012, a new factory equipped with full manufacturing and R & D set up was established.
The factory has two reactors, two storage tanks and other facilities. The factory is managed by a
factory manager who is a science graduate with 20 years’ experience in manufacturing. The
factory is working in 8 hour shift currently.
The company has started developing distributor network outside Mumbai – Kohlapur, Bhavnagar,
Goa, Hissar (Haryana).
