Parpol Parpol

PARPOL, a specially formulated acrylic polymeric product is an extremely effective waterproofing compound with a wide range of uses.

AREAS OF APPLICATION :
• In flat and sloping roofs, domes etc.
• In sunk portions of bathrooms and toilets.
• As an additive to cement mortar while plastering external walls.
• As an effective barrier against leakage from drainage pipes, overflows etc.
• As an additive to cement mixes for gotai.
• As additive in cement based external paints, to provide additional protection against rain.

• Gives high compressive and flexural strength.
• Alkaline in nature and hence has no adverse effect on concrete and steel.
• Forms water impermeable film.
• Improves workability of mortar.
• Easy to apply and can be used as a base coat for waterproofing.

METHOD OF APPLICATION :
1. Mix Parpol, water and cement in the ratio 1 : 1 : 2 by weight to form a slurry.
2. Clean the area where water proofing has to be carried out thoroughly.
3. Apply the slurry with a brush.
4. Allow it to dry for 24 hours.
5. Apply another coat of slurry.

PARPOL gives a coverage of about 80 sq. ft /coat / kg.

  • Parpol can also be used in cement mixes. Mix 300 - 1000 g of Parpol with 50 kg bag of cement and required water.
  • PARPOL can be used in plaster. To the cement and sand mix for plaster, add about half of the water required. Add 100 – 500 ml PARPOL. Add more water as required and plaster in usual way.

Par water guard Par water guard

PAR WATER GUARD, a specially formulated polymer coating helps in making the external surface waterproof and provides excellent barrier to carbon di-oxide.

APPLICATIONS
• Concrete surfaces and plastered masonry walls.

ADVANTAGES
• Excellent barrier to carbon di-oxide, chloride and sulfate ions.
• Excellent UV stability leading to long life.
• Possesses anti-fungal and anti-algae properties.

GUIDELINES FOR USE

  • All surfaces should be dry and clean. They should be free from dirt, oil, grease, algae etc.
  • If the surface is dirty or has moss or algae growth, it should be cleaned properly.
  • All surface cracks should be filled with PAR CRACK FILL.
  • Dilute PAR WATER GUARD with equal quantity of potable water and use this diluted product to prime the surface to be coated.
  • After priming, leave it for 3 -4 hours for drying and apply two coats of PAR WATER GUARD at time interval of 6 hours in between two coats.
  • Let it air cure for 7 days.
  • PAR Water Guard Coverage upto 50 – 60 sqft per kg.

STORAGE : Stable under normal conditions. Should be stored away from direct sunlight.

HANDLING : Use of gloves and safety glasses is recommended.

Par Roof Coat Par Roof Coat

PAR ROOF COAT, a specially formulated coating containing elastomeric acrylic polymers, graded fillers and pigments. It can bridge cracks up to 2 mm wide.

APPLICATIONS
• RCC roof tops.

ADVANTAGES
• High tensile strength and elongation.
• Ease of application.
• Bridges cracks up to 2 mm wide.
• No mixing or dilution required at site.
• Good abrasion resistance and therefore suitable for foot traffic.

CHARACTERISTICS
State : ViscousLiquid
Colour : White, grey and Pista green.
Film Thickness : 1 mm

PAR ROOF COAT, a specially formulated coating containing elastomeric acrylic polymers,graded fillers and pigments. It can bridge cracks up to 2 mm wide. Geo Textile sheet is used which gives the film very high strength and life.

  • Apply another coat of PAR ROOF COAT on top of Geo Textile sheet, making sure that there is no air entrapment.
  • PAR Roof Coat gives coverage of about 10-16 sqft per kg.

Par Heat Guard Par Heat Guard

PAR HEAT GUARD, a specially formulated coating containing elastomeric acrylic polymers and micro spheres having heat insulation property. Its 1 mm thick film gives a temperature difference of about 6 – 7 oC.

APPLICATIONS:
• RCC Heat Guard
• Asbestos Heat Guard.
• Cement sheet Heat Guard.

ADVANTAGES:
• High tensile strength and elongation.
• Ease of application.
• It is excellent waterproofing coat.
• No mixing or dilution required at site.

Parshield Parshield

PARSHIELD, a specially formulated polymeric product forms a transparent film which stops water leakage or seepage, while maintaining the aesthetics.

AREAS OF APPLICATION :
• On terrace covered with China Chips.

FEATURES & BENEFITS :
• Forms water impermeable film.
• Forms transparent film, thus china chips remain visible.
• Easy to apply.
• Stable to sunlight.

METHOD OF APPLICATION :
1. Take out PARCHIPS in a container.
2. Apply it using a paint brush.
3. After 24 hrs., apply another coat at right angle to the first coat.

PARCHIPS gives a coverage of about 40 sq. ft /coat / kg.

PARSHINE, a specially formulated polymeric product forms a transparent film which prevents any water leakage or seepage.

• On external painted walls. It does not spoil the paint, rather it gives better gloss to the painted surface.
• As additive in cement based external paints, to provide additional protection against rain.

ADVANTAGES:
• Forms water impermeable film.
• Easy to apply.
• Stable to sunlight.

GUIDELINES FOR USE:
1. Take out PARSHINE in a container.
2. Apply on the painted surface with a paint brush.
3. Let it dry for 24 hours.
4. Another coat can be applied for added protection.
