GUIDELINES FOR USE
Dosage of 300 - 700 ml. of PARPLAST-RC 230 per 50 kg bag of cement is recommended. It helps in reduction of water – cement ratio for the same slump. The required quantity of PARPLAST-RC 230 is added to the concrete mix along with the water.

The optimal dosage is determined by site trials.

STORAGE :
Stable under normal conditions. Should be stored away from direct sunlight.

HANDLING :
Use of gloves and safety glasses is recommended.

PACKING :
Available in 250 kg drums.

Water Reducing Admixture for Concrete
PARPLAST-RCS 210, a specially formulated, naphthalene sulfonate based organic plasticizer improves the workability of concrete reducing water requirement and making the concrete stronger. It is specially formulated so that good workability is attained even when 100% crushed sand is used. It retards the setting of concrete so that transportation of RMC is not a problem.

GUIDELINES FOR USE
For concrete, dosage of 200 - 500 ml. of PARPLAST-RCS 210 per 50 kg bag of cement is recommended. Mix sand, cement and mettle. To this mix, add about 50% of water required. Add PARPLAST-RCS 210 and then remaining water to achieve the desired slump.

Polycarboxylic ether MID range water reducer-Economical

PAR-HYPLAST MD is a unique combination of the latest generation super plasticizers, based on polycarboxylic ether polymers with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs which is enhanced by stearic dispersion. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flowable concrete.

PAR-HYPLAST HPZ is a specially formulated organic plasticizer is based on blends of different types of polycarboxylic ether polymer.
The utilization of supplementary cementitiousmaterials is well accepted because of the several improvementspossible in the concrete composites, and due to the overalleconomy.

PAR-HYPLAST HPZ provides optimal workability and strengthwhen cement is replaced by ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) and highvolume fly ash (HVFA) at the various levels.

STRENGTH PROPERTIES
Compressive Strength of M40 grade Concrete with various percentages of GGBS and High volume Flyash replacement of Cement is as follows. Following are the tentative Lab trial results; dosage of PAR- HYPLAST HPZ 1 to 1.2% on total cementitous content.
