PARJOINT, a specially formulated polymer emulsion helps in forming a strong bond between concrete and concrete.

AREAS OF APPLICATION :
• As an adhesive agent between concrete and concrete.
• For crack filling.
• For bonding of plaster with concrete.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
For Bonding

  • Clean the area thoroughly and remove all loose particles, dirt etc.
  • Wet the surface.
  • For concrete joints, PARJOINT can be used as it is using a paint brush for hard to reach areas. mix PARJOINT 1 kg with cement 1 kg to form a slurry. The slurry can be poured at joint area of the old concrete and fresh concreting can be started.

PARJOINT gives a coverage of about 50 sq. ft / kg.

For Crack Filling:
Mix 1 part Parjoint with 5 parts cement. Add about 1 part water and prepare a paste. Mix 1 part of Parjoint with 1 part of cement to prepare a slurry. Apply a bond coat in the crack with a paint brush. When the bond coat is still tacky, fill the cracks with the paste.

Parjoint 740 Parjoint 740

PARJOINT 740, a specially formulated polymer solution helps in forming a strong joint between plaster and concrete. It can also be used in plaster where it helps binding of cement and sand particles.

AREAS OF APPLICATION :
• As an adhesive agent between concrete and plaster.
• As an additive in plaster.

FEATURES & BENEFITS :
• Provides a very strong bond between concrete and plaster.
• Forms a barrier and thus does not allow water to leak in.
• Binds sand and cement particles and gives crack free plaster.

METHOD OF APPLICATION :
1. Clean the area thoroughly and remove all loose particles, dirt etc.
2. Apply a coat of the PARJOINT 740 uniformly using a paint brush.
3. When the surface becomes tacky, in about 15 minutes, apply a dash (chat) coat of mortar.
4. Plaster the surface in usual manner after a day.

PARJOINT 740 gives a coverage of about 60 sq. ft / kg.

For plaster, it can be added at 100 ml – 300 ml per 50 kg bag of cement.

Par Gyp Bond Par Gyp Bond

PAR GYP BOND, a specially formulated polymer solution helps in forming a strong joint between concrete or plaster and gypsum.

APPLICATIONS:
• As an adhesive agent between concrete and gypsum.

ADVANTAGES:
• Provides a very strong bond between concrete and gypsum.
• Forms a barrier and thus does not allow water to leak in.

GUIDELINES FOR USE:
1. Clean the area thoroughly and remove all loose particles, dirt etc.
2. Apply a coat of the PAR GYP BOND uniformly using a paint brush.
3. When the surface becomes tacky, in about 15 minutes, gypsum can be put.

PAR GYP BOND gives coverage of about 100 sq. ft / kg.

STORAGE :
Stable under normal conditions. Should be stored away from direct sunlight.

HANDLING :
Use of gloves and safety glasses is recommended.

Par Tile Bond Par Tile Bond

PAR TILE BOND, a specially formulated polymer solution helps in forming a strong bond between concrete or plaster and tiles, marble or granite. The tiles, marble or granite can be fixed on very smooth cementatious surfaces using PAR TILE BOND.

APPLICATIONS
• As an adhesive agent for fixing tiles, marble or granite.
• As an adhesive agent between vertical concrete or plaster surfaces and tile, marble or granite.

ADVANTAGES
• Provides a very strong bond between the two surfaces.
• It makes the mortar water proof and prevents leakages through the tile joints to the floor below.

GUIDELINES FOR USE
FOR VERTICAL SURFACES
For vertical surfaces, mix 500g – 1500g of PAR TILE BOND with 50 kg cement. Prepare the paste of required consistency.

On the vertical concrete or plaster surface, apply PAR TILE BOND with a paint brush. Apply the above mix on tile, marble or granite and fix them on the area where PAR TILE BOND was applied. After applying PAR TILE BOND on the wall, the tile should be fixed with 30 minutes.

FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES
Take 50 kg cement and 150 kg sand. Mix water so that the mix is little dry. To the mix, add 300g – 1000g PAR TILE BOND. Add water to make a paste of the required consistency. Use it in normal way for fixing tiles.
